Captain Lee Denny

Captain Lee Denny is a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain who was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He enjoys all types of fishing in the Chesapeake Bay as well as off-shore in the Atlantic. Captain Denny has fished the area waters nearly all of his life and when asked, admits that fishing is his passion.


Captain Ira Prue

Assisting Capt. Lee Denny, is Capt. Ira Prue, who is also a Licensed US Coast Guard Captain. Captain Prue has spent almost all of his life fishing off-shore in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Hatteras, and the Delaware Bay. He now enjoys the fishing of the Chesapeake Bay region and the Atlantic off the coast of Ocean City.

Captain Jeff Fluhharty

Captain Jeff Fluhharty is a 6'8" mountain of a man. He was born and raised on the Eastern Shore, and has fished the local waters all his life. When Jeff isn’t fishing he is racing on the NASCAR circuit. As the tire changer on the pit crew, he entertains his other pit crew members with fish stories. You can bet Jeff will entertain your party with plenty of fishing and racing stories when he is not helping your anglers with their catch.

Giant Charters Reels in Record Breaker

The crew of Giant Fishing Charters captured the 2003 record, in the Maryland Charter Boat Association, for the biggest rockfish caught. This impressive rockfish weighed a stunning 54.3 lbs., with a 51.5-in. length, and a 32.5-in. girth.


Lt. Governor Catches 40lb Rockfish

Lt. Gov. Michael Steele, R, caught a large striped bass April 17, 2006, while spending some leisure time on the GM Giant. It was Steele’s first catch of the day and Capt. Denny estimated it weighed 40 pounds. "It's a good day here on the Eastern Shore" said Lt. Gov. Michael Steele.
